Yashvir Singh Sandhu

Born and raised in Chandigarh, Yashvir Singh Sandhu is an entrepreneur with an academic background in law and a lifelong connection to the city and the wider Tricity.

Growing up at the foothills of the Himalayas shaped much of his life beyond work. Horse riding led to a fascination with the countryside and trails surrounding Chandigarh; that evolved into a passion for off-roading and motorsport. An avid cyclist, trekker and mountaineer, he has spent years exploring Chandigarh, the Shivalik foothills and the Himalayas , developing an intimate understanding of the landscape and lifestyle surrounding the city.

His connection with the land extends into agriculture and hospitality. Yashvir runs an organic farm and farmstay in the Shivalik foothills and was an early mover in introducing premium free-range Kadaknath and indigenous poultry to Chandigarh's Tricity market.

These experiences have given him an understanding of Chandigarh that goes well beyond property — its neighbourhoods, institutions, countryside, people, professional networks and the lifestyle that makes the region distinctive.

SENESCO was founded to turn that lifetime of local knowledge into something useful for others: helping individuals and families find not simply a property in Chandigarh, but the people, places and connections that allow them to build the life they came here for.
